Situated among lush greenery in Nikiana Village 70 m from the sea, Aristea Apartments offers modern accommodation that opens to a furnished balcony with Ionian Sea views. It features a garden and sun terrace, while free WiFi is available in all areas.

The complex consists of ten apartments as follows: four apartmentsfor 2 to 4 people maximum capacity and six apartments for two to three people maximum capacity

All self-catering studios at Aristea come with air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a kitchenette with a fridge, cooking hobs and kitchenware. They also have a private bathroom with a shower and hairdryer.

The lively town of Nydri is within a distance of approximately 7 km. The island capital, Lefkada Town is at a distance of 10 km. Free private parking is possible on site.

The beach is at a 500m distance from the Apartments and Nikiana village with many shops, tavernas, farmacy is at 1 km distance.

From 1st of May to 31st of May — 30 €
From 1st of June to 20th of June — 35 €
From 21st of June to 30th of June — 40 €

From 1st of September to 15th of September — 45 €

Payment Policy: the ammount of one night stay cost required as deposit for the ratification of the reservation. Rest upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy: 30 days before arrival, refund the entire amount of advance. 29 days before arrival, the deposit is forfeited. Cancellation during the stay, requiring the customer to pay compensation equal to 50% of the amount corresponding to the remaining days of the residence contract.
